We acknowledge the obstacles and injustices that exist within our economic institutions and systems that prevent community members – especially people of color – from sustaining themselves and their families. We seek to generate and uplift creative solutions to open access to services and opportunities that are needed for individuals and families to grow and thrive. We participate in systems and institutional level economic policy work, and implement programming alongside local partners to positively shift people’s day-to-day lives. Our goals are that financial institutions become more equitable and inclusive, more historically targeted community members have access to financial tools, education, resources and products.
