Martha Martha joins Philanthropiece as a Strategic Programming Consultant. She brings degrees in Communication, Human Development (MA) and Social Sciences with a focus on Sustainable Development (PhD). Throughout her career, she has had a steadfast commitment to education and development, actively participating in academic programs and diplomas in various disciplines.

At the Universidad Iberoamericana Tijuana, Martha held key roles in Publications, Educational Promotion and as Head of Communication Career. She held management positions at the Univer University and coordinated areas in the public sector with the INEA. In the field of consulting and professional services, Martha has worked alongside entities such as SAGARPA, CONAFOR, FIRA and SE, providing training in rural companies.

Martha served as the Executive Director at Philanthropiece, A.C. for 5 years. Throughout this time, she strengthened the association’s structure, generated positive impact in the communities of Baja California Sur, and was awarded funding from various Mexican and international sources, demonstrating an ability to manage resources and lead projects with social focuses. Additionally, Martha has dedicated time to researching and publishing scientific articles, contributing to knowledge in her field of study. This experience strengthens her multidisciplinary approach and ability to apply theory to practice.

Martha’s passion for contributing to positive change in communities and her ability to lead projects are her motivations for continuing to grow and learn in her professional career.
