Undocumented Youth Involvement: Self-Care Retreat

In this day-long Self-Care Retreat, we will explore different means of self-expression, evaluation, and reflection in order to properly address the concerns, issues, and obstacles we face in our personal lives. Through activities such as music, poetry, writing, and other art forms, participants will have the opportunity to practice and apply different avenues to deal with issues they face.

The retreat will take place in FRCC’s Community Room. Please bring a photo that is meaningful to you (on your phone or in print). Feel free to also bring headphones to listen to music during sections of the retreat. We are excited to see you all soon!
